We have to tell you from the beginning that we don’t know ALL about children dating but we can try to give you some pieces of advice that can help you see this domain of your life with other eyes. First of all you need to know that children’s dating is a term that describes the single moms and dads who reconsider the idea of remaining alone for the rest of their lives. Whether you are a divorced parent or widower, the responsibility of raising and educating your children overwhelms you sometimes. Even if you try to disguise and pretend happy, the joy and satisfaction your children bring to your life is so different from the joy of being loved by another person who can share and carry with you the lovely burden of your life.
You may say you don’t need anyone else in your life. You think you are the only one who can offer financial, physical, mental and emotional stability for your children and you can’t even imagine thinking about yourself as a person with her/his own needs. But just take a minute and think how can you offer everything your children need if you your inner person is empty, if your own needs aren’t fulfilled? You can try your best and maybe manage to make this journey alone just for your children’s sake but remember they have to fly away from the nest to their own families and you will have to face the truth that you are alone and you really needed somebody to share your life with.
It can be very hard to take few moments and think about yourself again. Starting dating might seem such a childish idea. Seeing yourself preparing for a date with a nice person who can consider loving you and accepting you together with your kids might see crazy. But it’s not. The society can create a prejudice around this subject, but is your right to start over again. In fact is your life and if your children are part of it doesn’t mean it can’t be a free space for your beloved one. Don’t think there’s nobody in the world who will date a single parent. There are so many out there who dream about a family, who are ready to offer their love and to fulfill needs. There are even people who can’t have children who would love to be part of an already created family. Just open the heart, make yourself pretty and go outside. It’s not something wrong to think about yourself also in the same time to love and raise your children. You will see you are not the only one who can love them and cherish them.
So even if we don’t know all about children dating we encourage taking this risk. Just wear your nicest dress and get out there. Someone will find you and love you and accept you together with your treasure, your children.
